With over 20 years of progressive experience, Mae has built a distinguished career evolving from technical support and project coordination to senior program leadership roles across leading software and technology organizations.
Mae’s career reflects a steady trajectory of growth, beginning in hands-on technical roles and advancing into enterprise-level program management. Her tenure at OrderDynamics Corporation marked a pivotal phase in her professional evolution, where she led multiple high-impact omni-channel development projects that showcased her ability to align technology with business strategy. She successfully delivered solutions for major retail clients—including Melanie Lyne, Source for Sports, and McLendon Hardware—developing and deploying order management systems, responsive eCommerce sites, and omni-channel marketing platforms that enhanced digital customer engagement and operational efficiency.
Her leadership excellence continued through strategic roles at Soroc Technology, OpenText, and Puppet by Perforce. Mae played a key role in major corporate integrations, including the acquisition of Puppet by Perforce Software in 2022 and the Carbonite acquisition by OpenText in 2019, where her program oversight ensured seamless alignment of systems, teams, and processes during organizational transformation.
